Our showrooms are open:
Monday – Friday: 8 am – 4:30 pm

Appointments are not necessary to visit the showroom but in order to provide you with the best possible service and attention, appointments are strongly encouraged. Walk-in customers will be helped on a first-come basis depending on salesperson/designer availability.

The following information is helpful, but NOT necessary to bring in order to meet with our staff: Floor plans, square footage measurements, photos that provide an idea of spacing and lighting, and inspiration photos.

All tile returns must be approved by the vendor and within 30 days of when All Natural Stone receives the material before a credit or refund is processed.
Please do not return tile to All Natural Stone until you receive confirmation the return has been approved by the vendor.
No returns or cancellations on special orders, fabricated, or installed materials.
No returns on partial orders.
All returned materials must be in their original, unbroken packaging.
Please allow up to 30 days to process any and all returns.
All returns are subject to a 25%- 50% restocking fee and responsible for freight and handling fees.
Refunds will only be issued after the materials have been returned to the vendor.
There is a minimum 25% restocking fee on all slabs returned. Should you exchange slabs, the restocking fee may be waived.

Yes! These stock materials are housed in our local distribution center and are available for pickup within 3 business days after placing an order.

Stock Tile: 2-3 business days
Stock Porcelain and Quartz Slabs: 3-5 business days
Stone Slabs: Available for pickup immediately after purchase. Slab delivery timing varies based on location.
Tile from Other Vendors: 5-14 business days
Custom Work: Varies according to vendor
All lead times are estimates and further information will become available once an order is placed.

All natural stones should be sealed after installation. Porcelain does not need to be sealed. Different materials require sealers that are specific to their needs. One size does not fit all! No. Sealing marble will prevent staining, but the surface of the stone will still etch when in contact with acid. Read more about using marble in the kitchen on The Journal.

ANS Manufacturing is our production facility where we have the capacity to create custom waterjet mosaics, cut tile to specific sizes, or create custom floor vents to fit seamlessly into your chosen material. ANS Manufacturing can also change the finish on a slab. Learn more about ANS Manufacturing.
